Job Title: Oracle Implementation Consultant (Project Manager)

Location: 100% Remote

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:

• Timekeeping and Payroll Operations
• Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules
• Full lifecycle experience with application setup, testing, user training, and production support
• Designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• 10-15 years of Payroll operations experience
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll

The Project Manager will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, and controlling large complex enterprise projects.

Responsibilities include organizing work, securing approvals, assembling teams, developing schedules, controlling execution, communicating with management, directing project managers and leads, and evaluating results against business strategies.

The Project Manager is a matrixed position with authority over project staff during assigned periods, with administrative responsibility remaining with Functional Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage mission-critical, complex projects to deliver results within budget and schedule
2. Manage scope and develop measures for evaluating effectiveness
3. Manage projects across various specialty areas using appropriate techniques
4. Oversee all cross-functional aspects to meet deliverables within budget and schedule
5. Create and manage project plans, business requirements, communication, testing, and other documents
6. Delegate tasks, manage resources, and resolve performance or availability issues
7. Provide leadership, resolve conflicts, and ensure project goals are achievable
8. Drive teams towards excellence in analysis and decision-making
