Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees payroll processes and responds to inquiries

• Produces earnings and tax reports and non-taxable wages
• Resolves payroll discrepancies and answers employee questions

Job description

Beacon Hill is partnering with a non-profit in Manhattan to bring an experienced Payroll Manager to their team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, processing and issueing forms to employees, review payroll data from ADP, verify and correcting time and attendance data. If you have Payroll Manager experience as well as ADP WFN E time experience,

Requirements:

• Payroll Manager experience
• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Expereince with Essential Time or E Time within ADP WFN
• Nonprofit experience

Responsabilities:

• Oversees procedures and processes and manages inquiries and requests related to preparation and distribution of payroll.
• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
• Verify payroll processes including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, and non-taxable wages
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
