• Manage tax filings, deductions, benefits administration, and reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and drive process improvements.
• Maintain detailed payroll records and deliver clear reports to leadership.
• Supervise timekeeping and attendance systems for compliant tracking.
