Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including lead/manager responsibilities.
• Experience with weekly payroll cycles in a complex environment.
• Hands-on experience with UKG strongly preferred.
• Experience processing union payroll and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and payroll-related processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee the complete weekly payroll process for ~450 employees.
• Process payroll for union, non-union, and salaried populations with varying pay structures.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using UKG.
• Review payroll for accuracy and investigate discrepancies and unusual pay scenarios.
• Interpret and apply union agreements and collective bargaining requirements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational payroll requirements.
