The role requires deep UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions expertise, a focus on process improvement, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with finance, HR, and operations to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in manufacturing with multiple unions.
• Technical proficiency with the UKG Pro and Workforce Management (Dimensions) suite of products.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations in a unionized setting.
• Process improvement and documentation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for employees in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements in compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Utilize and leverage the UKG suite of products to streamline payroll operations and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of UKG products and implement them to improve payroll processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement in the payroll cycle and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of payroll processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements as it relates to payroll related items.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices related to payroll and ensure compliance.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and regulatory purposes.
