  • Audit leave balances and enter information in payroll systems.
  • Audit bi-weekly payroll and related documents.
  • Make corrections and changes to employee records.
  • Process payroll related documents.
  • Respond to written and verbal requests.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Provide reports to higher level officers as needed.
  • File documents for future reference.
  • Perform other related duties.
