Government of the Virgin Islands seeks a Senior Data Processing Analyst to support MIS operations, including ERP and STATS processing, and to provide lead-work support to end-users. The role involves payroll and accounts payable tasks, data interfacing with ERP, and documenting workflows.

Supervisory guidance is provided by the Operations Supervisor. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Political Science, Business Admin, or MIS with 4 years’ related experience, or an Associate’s with 6 years,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 4 years in MIS data processing operations, or an Associate's degree plus 6 years in MIS data processing operations, or 4 years' related experience.
Familiarity with ERP end users processes and ERP administrative services.
Experience with MIS data reporting and document processing workflows.

Responsibilities

Process payroll, accounts payable, income tax refunds and other checks/ACH payments as scheduled.
Submit ACH data to banking institutions or Treasury as needed.
Interface data with ERP for transaction processing (imports/exports).
Generate reports from ERP/STATS terminal processing.
Develop and implement document processing workflows for end-users.
Maintain operation logs and issue tracking; assist with helpdesk status/resolutions.
Provide guidance to lower level staff and resolve data processing issues.
Coordinate with software providers to resolve end-user data input and reporting problems.
Update and maintain MIS operation manuals and procedures.
Establish work standards and provide end-user tips for ERP/FMS processing.
