Job summary

Principal International is seeking an Integration Manager to oversee payroll data integrations for clients and payroll partners. You will design and implement EDI integrations, configure FTP connections, and ensure data integrity across multiple file formats.

You will also support 401(k) integration projects, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid work options apply in Des Moines, IA area.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, human relations, organizational, problem solving, time management, customer service and negotiation skills.
• Must possess good understanding of current electronic reporting capabilities and procedures.
• Advanced PC skills required.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, computer hardware and Internet needed.
• Competency with advanced data manipulation and analysis in Excel (Text To Columns, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Knowledge of retirement plans and products preferred.
• Ability to balance working independently with teamwork.
• Confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate payroll data integrations for clients and payroll partners.
• Lead design and implementation of new EDI integrations, configure FTP and handle Fixed/CSV formats.
• Support 401(k) 360 integration projects, resolve daily system errors and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor new team members and represent the Integration Team in client/vendor meetings.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and process improvements.
