A technology solutions company is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Payroll Integrations Developer to design and maintain integrations across the payroll ecosystem. In this remote role, you will ensure data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in Oracle Payroll, excellent coding skills in PL/SQL and SQL, and a strong understanding of payroll compliance and integrations. A competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000 USD is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience building Oracle Payroll integrations.
• Deep practical knowledge of Oracle Payroll data structures.
• Advanced PL/SQL/SQL skills with strong experience in HCM Extracts.
• Experience using REST/SOAP APIs and secure integration patterns.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain payroll integrations.
• Query and analyze Oracle Payroll underlying tables/schemas.
• Write high-quality, performant code for data transformations.
• Build/maintain interfaces using HCM Extracts and middleware.
• Implement and manage authentication and connectivity.
