Auris is seeking a driven Payroll Inside Sales Representative to join our Outbound Sales team in a high-volume, results-driven environment. You will proactively reach prospects, uncover needs, and guide customers through the payroll solutions journey with professionalism.

The role emphasizes identifying upsell opportunities within existing clients, delivering consultative product overviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline with accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales or related roles (SDR/BDR, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development).
• Experience in payroll, HR, SaaS, or financial services is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and hit outbound/upsell targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and targeted outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers, uncover challenges, and assess fit for payroll solutions.
• Upsell and expand relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Deliver product overviews and demonstrations via phone, web, or video.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with proactive follow-up and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Client Success on expansion strategies.
