Job summary

CRS Temporary Housing, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll via Paycom and administer incentive compensation programs for Sales and Operations. The role includes monthly/quarterly/bi-yearly incentive tracking, performance analysis, and accurate payout processing.

Training is in-office for ~90 days, with a hybrid option after training and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of payroll, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related analytical role.
• Experience with Paycom or similar payroll/HRIS platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain incentive calculations to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to establish incentive plan goals and criteria.
• Pull and analyze performance reports to determine incentive goal achievement.
• Calculate incentive payout amounts based on plan criteria and performance results.
• Upload and process finalized incentive payouts in Paycom on deadlines.
• Prepare monthly tracking metrics and dashboards for insight into incentive progress.
• Maintain records of incentive plan documentation and payout history for audit.
• Identify discrepancies in incentive calculations or reporting data.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR to align payouts with policies.
• Support continuous improvement of incentive tracking and reporting processes.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding incentive calculations.
