Taylor Morrison Home Funding Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst who will own payroll end-to-end for multiple companies across states, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments. The role also focuses on commissions, incentive programs, and proformas to support leadership decisions.

You will partner with People, Finance, and operations to maintain data integrity in ADP Workforce Now and HRIS, deliver reports, and advise senior leaders on payroll trends and improvements.

Qualifications

• Own payroll end-to-end for multiple companies across states.
• Audit payroll transactions for accuracy and compliance prior to pay runs.
• Maintain employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now and related HRIS.
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries while delivering strong customer experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple states and employee groups.
• Audit and validate payroll data before each pay run.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records in ADP Workforce Now.Ensure garnishments, PTO accruals, and off-cycle payments are accurate.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and build trusted relationships with teams.
