CRS Temporary Housing, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll via Paycom and administer incentive compensation programs for Sales and Operations. We are seeking a Payroll Analyst, responsible for processing full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom and supporting the Sales and Operations teams by administering monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly incentive compensation programs. This Payroll Analyst partners with business leaders to establish incentive goals, analyze performance data to determine payout eligibility and amounts, process finalized incentive payments through Paycom, and deliver ongoing tracking metrics to support team visibility into performance against goals.
