Job summary

Asure Software seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive client configurations of our payroll tax product. You will lead training, define client requirements, execute configurations, validate outcomes, and own implementation results from kickoff through stabilization.

The role requires 3+ years supporting US payroll, strong HR knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN or Virginia Beach, VA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting clients with US payroll and/or tax processing.
• 2+ years in a dedicated account ownership service model.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPP, FPC, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client implementations, applying deep product expertise to build accurate configurations and deliver successful outcomes.
• Delivers group presentations and training sessions that enable clients to confidently use and maintain Asure Software.
• Owns all stages of software implementation projects with clear accountability for scope, quality, and timelines: Discovery, Configure, Deliver, Deploy, Support.
• Deliver results on time and ensure client product and Asure procedure adoption for success.
• Provides status reports and overall project updates to the project team.
