ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant (Payroll) in Tempe to lead client onboarding for HCM products and services. You will combine analytic and project management skills to simplify complex information, guiding clients through effective adoption of ADP solutions.

You will leverage top training and service guidelines, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring successful implementations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• 2+ years in Payroll.
• Ability to influence and guide clients to best solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Strong analytical, time management and written/verbal communication skills.
