Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients develop skills to use our products.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver the ADP solution.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service and exchange routine information with the client project team.
• Multi-Task & Communicate. Handle multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule with high volume inbound calls; anticipate busier periods, such as year-end.
