Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation after sale. You will be the main contact for new clients, gather requirements, manage timelines, provide HRIS training, and coordinate payroll, 401(k) and benefits setup within a software platform for contractors in construction.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments while ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or client implementation experience.
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on client requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client onboarding and implementation process from post-sale through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
• Gather requirements and ensure implementation plans reflect client needs.
• Manage multiple client projects and timelines concurrently.
• Provide HRIS training and initial payroll processing guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other departments to deliver implementation services.
