Job summary

Paychex is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to support worksite employees of Paychex clients. You will respond to inquiries, manage employee data in Oasis, and assist with initial data loads for payroll setup.

Responsibilities include handling employee changes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with payroll specialists to resolve issues. A base level of office experience and strong Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• 2 years of experience in an office setting.
• Experience with SAP Applications preferred.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely response and resolution to employee requests via phone calls.
• Assist work-site employees with user access, personal records, and password resets.
• Enter new hire data and other payroll-related information into the system.
• Audit data for accuracy and ensure compliance with payroll guidelines.
• Process change forms for employment status, salary, and bank details.
