Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service professional to support worksite employees for Paychex clients. You will provide first-line resolution to inquiries, and maintain employee records in Oasis systems according to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include data entry for new hires, changes in employment status, and payroll data, plus ensuring accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of office experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office is preferred.
• HRIS and payroll systems familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses and resolution to employee requests via phone calls.
• Assist work-site employees with access, personal record changes, and password resets.
• Enter new hire and related data into the payroll system per procedures.
• Audit data sources for accuracy and ensure compliance with payroll guidelines.
• Process change forms for employment status, salary, and bank information in the payroll system.
