Job summary

Epting Events in Athens, GA seeks an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee reviews, and all payroll functions. Reporting to company leadership, you will implement consistent HR practices and ensure accurate payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ADP experience, is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling sensitive employee matters. SHRM or HRCI certification is strongly preferred.

• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing.
• Proven HR responsibilities and payroll management experience.
• Strong tech skills; quick learner with new platforms and spreadsheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and align with company leadership.
