Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Intern to support the HRIS and Payroll departments. The role will involve data entry, auditing support, and assisting with I-9 processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates are current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or data analytics, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Part-time during the school year and full-time in summer are possible under the company’s flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality and discretion are required when handling employee information.
• Experience with data analytics or data science is preferred.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll/HRIS team with tasks and projects.
• Support data entry, I-9 assistance, and archiving activities.
• Provide support for payroll auditing, research, and data cleanup.
• Review storage and organization of HR files on Teams and SharePoint.
• Perform other payroll and HRIS tasks as assigned.
