Qualifications

• Six months of entry technical level HR work experience equivalent to a Human Resource Technician 1.
• High school graduation or the equivalent.
• One year of postsecondary education (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours) from an accredited college or university.
• HR work includes experience in recruitment, classification, payroll, or employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, calculate, audit and certify timesheets and process personnel actions on time and without error.
• Ensure payroll and leave transactions comply with Personnel Rules and State Statutes.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and reconcile figures in a digitally focused environment.
• Support training programs and pathways for career progression.
