Job summary

Paychex is seeking a customer service professional to provide support across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will follow up on items to ensure timely completion within defined SLAs and use Paychex systems such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

You will develop a basic working knowledge of Paychex products, perform accurate data input, and maintain strong prioritization. Documentation of all client interactions is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering customer service across multiple channels.
• Ability to follow established Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements.
• Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of Paychex products.
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
• Documents all client interactions.
