Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• 2 years' proven payroll specialist experience
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems.
• Understanding of payroll accounting and best practices.
• Strong work ethic, team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential material and follow regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruits staff members from potential sources and assists in administrating job posting program.
• Screens, interviews, and recommends for hire qualified applicants as directed.
• Conducts reference checks on candidates and maintains applicant log.
• Maintains records of licenses, certifications, and health records to ensure currency.
• Adheres to company policies and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
