The role requires strong Excel skills, payroll software experience, and confidentiality with sensitive information. A positive attitude and accuracy are essential for timely, compliant payroll and HR operations.

Competenze

• Highschool Diploma required.
• 2+ years payroll experience as payroll specialist.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines/regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and payroll best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential material with discretion.
• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Coordinates payroll information by preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Maintains and processes semi-monthly payroll for 50-1100+ employees.
• Processes daily timekeeping data for review and correction by department heads.
• Reconciles payroll prior to transmission and validates reports.
• Manages payroll variables (overtime, shift differentials, on-call status).
• Maintains confidential employee personnel files and records for audit readiness.
