Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP, Paychex, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for employees across departments.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and reporting.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting on changes and reporting needs.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation.
