Job summary

PESCO in Farmington, NM is seeking a dedicated HR / Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure payroll accuracy. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle, conduct onboarding, and maintain employee records in HRIS.

You will also administer benefits and assist with performance management and HR projects. The role requires 3+ years payroll experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• Associate degree or higher in HR/Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
