Chrysalis Psychiatry is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to manage HR operations, policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance for a growing outpatient practice in Albuquerque, NM. The role serves as a primary contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidential handling of records and processes.

Based on onsite duties, the HR Specialist will maintain HR records, coordinate hiring and separations, and support safety programs while collaborating with leadership to address

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a small or mid-sized organization.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Asure a plus.
