Job summary

Midwest Operating Engineers in Countryside, IL, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to manage biweekly payroll via ADP Workforce Now across multiple codes, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, leave management, HRIS data entry, and employee communications.

You will assist with benefits, payroll inquiries, and various HR projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of payroll processing experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of HR or administrative support experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now for multiple company codes.
• Review and audit employee timecards, attendance records, PTO requests, and payroll entries for accuracy.
• Enter and maintain employee payroll information, including wage changes, deductions, direct deposits, and payroll adjustments.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
• Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
