Qualifications

• Experience with payroll systems (ADP would be ideal; Paychex, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities; discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process regular, supplemental, and off-cycle payroll.
• Verify hours, deductions, bonuses, and commissions; maintain records.
• Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies; support audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with year-end tasks.
