Job summary

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Payroll & Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role combines payroll administration with HR responsibilities, supporting employees and leaders across the organization while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

You will process multi-state payroll, support international payroll, maintain records, handle onboarding/offboarding, and partner with managers on payroll and HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined payroll and HR experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll administration and employment law.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations preferred.
• International payroll or manufacturing experience is a plus.
