Job summary

Rairdon Auto Group in Bothell, WA is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our corporate facility. This full-time, Monday through Friday role handles payroll processing in Paycom for 1-2 dealership locations, uses Excel templates, and collaborates with HR and accounting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience or a related bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, problem solving, and familiarity with Paycom and HRIS; we offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO,

Qualifications

Two or more years of directly related payroll experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preference given to candidates with Paycom experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process payroll using Paycom for 1-2 dealership locations.
Post accounting entries using Excel templates.
Coordinate with Recruiter on new hire transactions and verify drug screen/background results.
Process new hires and changes; assign system logins.
Ensure timecards are accurate and approved before payroll processing.
Reconcile monthly benefit statements and manage benefit premiums in HRIS.
Update ACA and leaves in HRIS; audit I-9s for location.
Assist HR and Accounting projects and support end-users.
