Job summary

King Electric in Seattle is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Generalist to manage payroll processing for 100+ employees using Paycom and provide hands-on HR support. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer-focused service in daily payroll and HR tasks.

This on-site position requires collaboration with accounting and operations to ensure compliant, timely payroll, robust benefits administration, safety initiatives, and responsive employee relations for the manufacturing

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience doing full cycle payroll processing for 100+ employees using a modern HRIS.
• Direct experience running payroll through Paycom is strongly preferred.
• Experience in benefits administration, safety and workers’ comp, or similar HR processes.
• Strong data accuracy, communication, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Run bi-weekly full-cycle payrolls in Paycom, with audits and reconciliations.
• Review timecards and resolve payroll issues with employees or managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Administer benefits programs and manage HR records and files.
• Support recruiting, attendance tracking, and PTO calendars.
