Job summary

Rairdon Auto Group in Bothell, WA is hiring a Payroll Coordinator for our corporate facility. This on-site, full-time role handles payroll for 1-2 dealerships using Paycom and maintains HRIS records to ensure accurate timekeeping and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities include posting entries in Excel, coordinating new hire transactions, reviewing background checks, and managing benefits, ACA, and I-9 compliance. We support growth and offer strong benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of directly related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Preference given to those with HRIS systems experience, especially with Paycom.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Must enjoy problem solving and analytics.
• Your interest in learning more about Human Resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll processing in Paycom for 1-2 dealership locations.
• Post accounting entries using Excel spreadsheets per formatted templates.
• Work to communicate with Recruiter on all new hire transactions.
• Review drug screen and background test results.
• Process all new hires and employee changes and assign logins.
• Ensure timecards are recorded on time and approved before payroll processing.
• Reconcile monthly benefit statements and manage benefit premiums in HRIS.
• Update ACA and leaves in HRIS and audit I-9s for location.
• Monitor annual employee training requirements and support HR/Accounting projects.
