Allegiance Crane & Equipment, LLC in Clear Lake near NASA is seeking an HR Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The role covers multi-state payroll processing for 500+ team members using ADP Workforce Now and maintaining HRIS records.

You'll coordinate pre-employment activities, onboarding, background checks, 401k contributions, and provide strong internal customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience using ADP Workforce Now.
• HRIS experience and time/attendance knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 500+ team members using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain payroll records and personnel files.
• Maintain HRIS with accurate team member information.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities with branches; monitor background checks.
• Process new hire onboarding in ADP Workforce Now.
• Submit 401k contributions weekly to the provider.
• Perform other HR department support tasks as needed.
