Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources laws.
• Prior experience with an HRIS database and payroll processing.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communication or HR field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Corporate Human Resource Manager.
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers for open positions.
• Maintain records and logs for applicant flow procedures.
• Conduct new employee orientation and coordinate safety training.
