Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a reliable Payroll & HR Associate to join our team in Penn Hills, PA. This on-site role will support payroll processing, HR onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance duties for 150+ employees.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, communicates effectively with staff and management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate, timely pay and responsive HR support.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll or HR experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or other payroll systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate biweekly payroll for 150+ employees.
• Review timekeeping records and verify payroll information.
• Assist with employee onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee benefit questions.
• Assist with payroll tax compliance and reporting.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally; prepare correspondence.
