Location: Jefferson Hills, PA (Onsite with limited flexibility)

Salary: Up to $100,000

We are partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization in the Pittsburgh area seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to support HR operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role will oversee key HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations while leading a small HR support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a small HR team including a Payroll & Benefits Specialist and HR Coordinator
• Oversee payroll operations and serve as backup when needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support multi-state payroll processing and HR administration for employees in the U.S. and Canada
• Administer and enhance employee benefits programs
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, compliance, and employee relations matters
• Partner with leadership to support performance management processes including goal setting and annual reviews
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and provincial employment laws and regulations
• Utilize HR systems and data to support reporting and HR initiatives
• Drive improvements in HR processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience with multi-state payroll administration or oversight
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll practices, and employment laws
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

This is primarily an onsite role in Jefferson Hills, PA, with limited remote flexibility available once established in the position.
