Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll and benefits
• Experience with multi-state payroll and compliance
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll and employee information in the HRIS.
• Maintain payroll tax registrations and support timely tax filings.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Monitor payroll regulatory requirements and support compliance.
• Serve as a primary resource for payroll/timekeeping questions.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts with Accounting.
