Palm Harbor Homes is seeking a People Ops Admin to primarily handle payroll while supporting HR functions onsite in Nampa, Idaho. This hourly, non-exempt role includes a weekly production bonus and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision.

The position requires meticulous data handling, strong communication, and collaboration with the Accounting and HR teams. Primary duties include payroll data collection, time/attendance management, and month-end/year-end reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in Accounting/Payroll-related or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' related administrative experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of MS Office.
• Experience with UKG is preferred, not required.
• Familiar with applicant tracking database systems is an asset.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must maintain a clean and insurable driving record.
• Payroll and HR support experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources onsite.
• Back up HR role when vacant and assist with HR functions.
• Perform payroll duties including tracking and calculating regular and overtime pay and bonuses.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and reconcile payroll records.
• Handle time and attendance and weekly payroll processing.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist accounting with data entry and spreadsheets as needed.
• Order swag or items needed for safety program.
