Job summary

Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a payroll-focused administrative professional to support payroll processing and HR functions at our Nampa, Idaho site. This hourly, non-exempt role includes weekly production bonuses and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

You will collect payroll data, handle time and attendance, process payroll, and assist with HR duties. The position requires converting payroll transactions in line with policies and supporting the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field.
• Associate degree in Accounting/Payroll or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process regular and overtime pay, and bonus incentives.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile payroll deposits.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy; prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end reports.
