Job summary

Odin Properties LLC is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to handle payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary staff using Paylocity, and to administer all employee benefits. The role includes regulatory compliance, open enrollment, and HRIS reporting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the benefits broker, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality service while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing payroll and benefits processes with Paylocity expertise.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices and HRIS administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and payroll/benefits terminology.
• Demonstrates analytical skills to create reports from data.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond quickly to data requests and deliver good customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees using Paylocity Time and Labor.
• Administer the time and attendance policy and paid leave policy for all employees.
• Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding and open enrollment; present benefit options to employees.
• Prepare benefits communications and conduct audits for enrollment accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate payroll/HR reports.
