Elevate HR, Inc. seeks a Payroll and HCM specialist to connect people and systems through design, implementation, and training. You will work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and elevatePAY projects for diverse clients, driving best practices from boardroom to cubicle.

The role emphasizes exceptional written and verbal communication, data-informed decision making, and leadership in process optimization. Travel is expected for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree with strong academic record.
• 3–5 years experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• 3–5 years experience with ERP software implementations a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite; SQL knowledge beneficial.
• Residence in or near Manhattan, NY preferred; able to travel ~25–30% for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an HCM and payroll evangelist, promoting best practices through software.
• Lead full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 + elevatePAY implementations with architects, PMs, developers and trainers.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand payroll processes and challenges.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and end-users on system functionality.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during implementation; document workflows for training.
