Auris is seeking a Division Manager to lead market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns in Kentucky. In this role, you will manage a team and achieve monthly sales goals while recruiting and supporting team members.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales cycle. The position offers competitive W2 compensation, including medical benefits and retirement plans, with potential earnings between $90,000 - $105,000+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to grow sales teams.
• Manage region and teams towards sales goals.
• Provide status updates to VP and/or SVP.
• Conduct monthly team training sessions.
