Job summary

Medivet is seeking a payroll data analytics specialist to identify trends, ensure accurate payroll processing and provide clear reporting across Finance, Payroll and HR teams. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and support system enhancements.

The role requires experience with payroll reporting, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders to drive improvements while maintaining strict data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll reporting or finance analytics in a complex organisation.
• Ability to build detailed reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into insights by analysing payroll information and identifying trends.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and validate data to ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain payroll reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Support audits, data quality checks and internal controls for compliance.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting where possible.
• Assist with payroll system enhancements, testing and data migration.
