Job summary

Medivet Group Limited is seeking a Pensions and Benefits Payroll Specialist to accurately administer employee pension schemes and payroll-related benefits across our multi-site organization. You will act as the subject matter expert for pensions and salary sacrifice arrangements, collaborating with Payroll, People and Finance teams as well as external providers.

You will drive improvements in processes, maintain compliance with pension legislation, and ensure an excellent employee experience

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pensions, benefits and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of workplace pension schemes and auto-enrolment legislation.
• Experience administering employee benefit programmes including salary sacrifice.

Responsibilities

• Manage pensions: auto-enrolment, assessments, postponements, re-enrolment and contributions.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile pension contributions and benefits deductions for payroll.
• Administer a range of benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, health cash plans and salary sacrifice schemes.
