BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing, timely corrections, and strong client service across our payroll platform. The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, cross-team collaboration, and proactive issue resolution.

You will handle corrections, audits, and inquiries, ensuring compliance and timely adjustments while supporting internal teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries as needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage collection/refund of tax corrections.
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay handling.
