BambooHR is hiring a Payroll Corrections Specialist to maintain and oversee payroll corrections, ensuring accuracy and compliance for clients. You will audit corrections, process adjustments, and support internal teams to keep payroll operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on monitoring correction queues, handling client inquiries in Service Cloud, and ensuring timely delivery of payroll fixes in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client inquiries in Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and adjust systems.
• Support clients and internal teams as needed.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when required.
• Audit and reconcile corrections before amendments.
• Manage collection/refund of tax corrections and third-party sick pay.
