Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to oversee payroll corrections and maintain accurate, timely payroll data for clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth operations within our payroll processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple corrections simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay
