Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to oversee the payroll corrections process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a dynamic payroll environment. You will monitor queues, audit corrections, and assist clients and internal teams to maintain seamless payroll operations.

• Payroll-related experience.
• Attention to detail.

• Excellent communication; able to handle inquiries and manage client expectations.
• Experience auditing, troubleshooting, and researching corrections.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections.
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay.
